Our role
Kidstrument Music Tuition Limited provides online music-tuition resources and tools. We do not work directly with children in schools, and we do not create student accounts. Our platform is used by primary school teachers.
Safeguarding responsibility
The safeguarding and wellbeing of children and young people always remains the responsibility of the school, which will have its own Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL). If any safeguarding issue or concern is raised to us, our policy is to immediately escalate it to the relevant school’s DSL and cooperate fully with them.

Our commitment
- We will acknowledge and log any safeguarding concern received.
- We will locate and notify the relevant school’s DSL without delay.
- We will cooperate with the school and, where appropriate, statutory agencies.
- We will continually review our systems to ensure they do not hold children’s personal data.
