E-Safety Guidance

Helping teachers use our platform safely and responsibly.

For teachers

  • Use school-issued email addresses for access. Keep credentials secure.
  • Use the platform in accordance with your school’s safeguarding and ICT policies.
  • Report any inappropriate content, behaviour or technical concerns immediately via our contact email.

For schools

  • Limit access to verified staff. No student accounts are created.
  • Ensure staff are aware of your internal safeguarding procedures and the DSL contact.
  • Review this page, our Safeguarding page and Privacy Policy during onboarding.

Staying secure

  • Use strong, unique passwords and enable additional protections your organisation supports.
  • Keep devices updated (OS and browser) and use school-managed devices where possible.

This guidance complements, not replaces, your school’s own e-safety and safeguarding policies.
