For teachers
- Use school-issued email addresses for access. Keep credentials secure.
- Use the platform in accordance with your school’s safeguarding and ICT policies.
- Report any inappropriate content, behaviour or technical concerns immediately via our contact email.
For schools
- Limit access to verified staff. No student accounts are created.
- Ensure staff are aware of your internal safeguarding procedures and the DSL contact.
- Review this page, our Safeguarding page and Privacy Policy during onboarding.
Staying secure
- Use strong, unique passwords and enable additional protections your organisation supports.
- Keep devices updated (OS and browser) and use school-managed devices where possible.
